About the job:

You will be joining our team as finance administrator. This means that when the money talks, you can translate it! But what does your typical working day look like?

After a short day’s start with your colleague, several sales invoices are waiting to be entered into our accounting system, iMuis. You make sure everything is up to date afterward. Then you prepare several invoices and get the bank mutations ready for payment. You are responsible for all financial administration and suggestions on how the financial administration can be improved. After lunch, you check the accounts payable and outstanding receivables and set out follow-up actions. After consulting with your colleague, most tasks are completed, and you can go home. Another day next week!

What are we looking for?

• You have relevant experience as a finance intern or other relevant work experience;
• You are a star at communicating, can finish work perfectly, and on top of that, you can work independently;
• You have an eye for detail and are always looking to improve things;
• You live close to our hotel in Amsterdam, but you are willing to travel to the other locations occasionally;
• You are available for one day per week, preferably a fixed day per week (of course, we are flexible with any changing schedules).

With his ambition, tacos, and dangerous Margaritas, he conquers the hearts of our guests and locals from the neighborhood.
