Wat ga je doen?

Als Hotel Manager ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie. Jij zorgt dat alles soepel loopt — van tevreden gasten tot een goed draaiend team. Je stuurt de hosts aan, bent het aanspreekpunt voor housekeeping en leveranciers, en houdt de kwaliteit scherp in de gaten. Daarnaast maak je roosters, analyseer je gastbeoordelingen en werk je met MEWS voor planning en rapportages. Je denkt actief mee over hoe wij Hotel Not Hotel nóg beter kunnen maken.

Waar zijn wij naar op zoek?

• Relevante werkervaring;
• Bekend met het MEWS property management systeem;
• Een natuurlijk leider die mensen weet te motiveren;
• Humor, energie en een scherp oog voor detail;
• Sterke communicator die dingen afmaakt;
• Nederlands en Engels spreken;
• Woonachtig in of rondom Amsterdam.

What will you do?

As Hotel Manager you are ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations. You make sure everything runs smoothly — from happy guests to a well-functioning team. You manage the hosts, serve as the point of contact for housekeeping and suppliers, and keep quality sharp at all times. You create schedules, analyse guest reviews, and work with MEWS for planning and reporting. You actively think along about how we can make Hotel Not Hotel even better.

What are we looking for?

• Relevant work experience;
• Familiar with MEWS property management system;
• A natural leader who knows how to motivate people;
• Humor, energy, and a sharp eye for detail;
• A strong communicator who gets things done;
• English is a must, Dutch is a plus;
• Living in or around Amsterdam.
